Frequently Asked Questions

Concierge medicine is a personalized healthcare model that offers patients direct access to their physician, often through a membership or retainer fee. This approach allows for a more individualized and comprehensive level of care, where the doctor-patient relationship is at the forefront. Unlike traditional practices, where physicians may have to see a large number of patients each day, concierge medicine focuses on quality over quantity, enabling doctors to spend more time with each patient and provide care tailored to their specific needs.
-
While traditional healthcare is widely available, it can often be difficult to access, time-consuming to navigate, and impersonal. Patients may experience long waits for appointments, delayed responses, and rushed interactions with their physician. In contrast, concierge medicine offers a more personalized and convenient experience by limiting the number of patients a doctor sees, allowing for longer appointments and deeper relationships. Patients benefit from direct access to their physician, same-day or next-day appointments, and a focus on preventative care. This model, supported by an annual fee that bypasses the need for insurance billing for most services, enhances the overall healthcare experience by providing more comfort, convenience, and comprehensive care.
